The development of efficient, swing-tube concrete pumps in the 1970's allowed the practical application of wet mix shotcrete and a step forward for high volume shotcrete placement. Today Allentown Equipment designs, engineers and manufacturer a wide range of wet process equipment for construction refractory and geotechnical application.

The POWERCRETER ® swing-tube design gives the operator the benefits of reversing the stroke for relieving pressure due to plugs; pumping difficult low slump or fiber mixes; and lowering maintenance costs. The POWERCRETER’s material cylinders and variable, smooth hydraulics allow extremely controlled low output for specialized applications. It maintains much of its output pressure when reducing to smaller diameter conveying lines - something larger cylinder concrete pumps cannot do.
