Bowl type guns are completely automatic guns. Material is loaded into the hopper, where a rotary stirring spider loosens it and pushes it down into the U-shaped material pockets of the rotating feed bowl. Compressed air pushes the material out of the feed bowl and into the delivery hose, providing a steady flow of material to the nozzle for even hydration. This gun can be used for any application from patching to pools.

Batch-type guns are built with capacities from 10 cu. ft. to 45 cu. ft. All feature Allentown’s renowned "positive feedback" system, which smoothly and accurately meters the material into the hose. This provides better wetting at the nozzle than with competitive systems. Coarse, fine, dense, or lightweight materials can be handled over the full output range.

Allentown rotary guns use a moving friction-sealed rotor to meter material into the air stream, a proven design that easily handles the toughest Shotcrete mixes. Large stones, wire fibers and crushed aggregate mixes are gunned with ease, because the straight-through barrel design eliminates build-up problems. Rotor guns are the easiest to set up, operate, disassemble, and clean up.

Predampeners are designed to be used with packaged, preblended materials for shotcrete applications. The PD-1 Predampener adds a controlled amount of moisture to the bagged material as it is transported and fed into the gun.

Allentown rigs are designed for high volume sand/cement gunning work or refractory gunning. These rigs assure proper preparation and application of predampened shotcrete materials.
